Order Cancellations:
Due to the fact that we pay a fee on every credit card and eCheck transaction, we must charge an order cancellation fee of $7.00 on all orders cancellations.
Natural variations in stone
Marble and granite are natural substrates. Being such, natural variances are inherent in the stones. Marble contains natural "veins" and granite contains natural "flecks". As these qualities are inherent to each material, they do not constitute a defective item.
